A big thank you to everyone who has already volunteered to assist with the Book Fair. What a great opportunity to be a part of helping our children to find new favorite stories and be part of a fundraising effort to purchase new books for the media center!
The book fair is quickly approaching and we are in need of a lot more volunteers! Please consider helping out this year. Below is the link to sign-up to volunteer. The dates of the book fair are December 3rd – 10th.
There are four types of shifts for which to volunteer:
Dec 2nd: Book Fair Setup Volunteer. (This will include unpacking boxes and setting up the bookcase displays.)
Dec 3rd – 9th: Cashier Volunteer and Merchandise Volunteer. (Cashier Volunteer will primarily be responsible for processing purchases at the cash register. Merchandise Volunteer will primarily: arrange books in cases and table displays, restock and straighten cases.)
December 10th: Book Fair Breakdown Volunteer. (This will include repacking the books to be sent back to Scholastic.)
Again, we are so appreciative of the help from those who have already volunteered! Thank you!
